Central Board of Secondary Education, (CBSE) Patparganj, Delhi will be conduction the  10th Edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 18-September-2016 for a candidate to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for class I to VIII. Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary with 02 year Diploma in Elementary Education or Graduation and passed B.Ed can apply only Online for CTET-SEP-2016 on CTET Official website www.ctet.nic.in on or before 18-July-2016, and apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of UT’s of Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi. 10th Edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test Details:

Name of the Exam: CTET

Educational Qualification:
Teacher for Primary Stage Classes I-V: Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and  passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) or Senior Secondary with 50% marks with 4 years Bachelor or Elementary Education (B.Ei.Ed)

Teacher for Elementary Stage Classes VI-VIII: Candidates should have passed Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) or B.Ed/ B.EI.Ed/ or Senior Secondary with 50% marks with 4- year B.A/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed.

Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks in the minimum Educational Qualification for eligibility shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as SC/ ST/ OBC/ Differently abled.

Candidates may download their admit cards from CTET website from 25-01-2016 onwards and appear for the examination at the given Centre

Applicatin Fee:
Candidates have to pay application fee of CTET February 2016 Rs.600/- for Only Paper I or II and Both Paper Rs.1000/- for General/ OBC Category Candidates and Rs.300/- for Only Paper I or II and Rs.500/- for Both paper for SC/ ST/ Differently Abled Person through E-challan or Debit/ Credit Card
