Names of the Posts:
1. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): 11 Posts
2. Officer Scale-I: 163 Posts
3. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 256 Posts

Educational Qualification: 
Candidates should have passed Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent

Age Limit: 
Candidates age limit should be between 21 to 32 years for Officer Scale II, between 18 to 28 years for Officer Scale I & Office Asst Posts as on 01-06-2014. Upper Age relaxation as per govt rules

Selection Process: 
Candidates will be selected based on performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview.

Candidates need to pay Rs. 150/- for General/ OBC candidates and Rs. 40/- for SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates by CBS (Account No.91011359379 for Officer Scale-I & Scale II post & 91011358944 for Office Assistant Posts) at any of the Branches of Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank by means of a Payment Challan available in the Bank’s website www.apgb.in

Educational Qualification:
As per Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank Recruitment 2015 Criteria Candidates should have Degree in relevant discipline and declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2014. candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistants are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State Telugu/ UT.

Selection Process:
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview (Interview will be held at KADAPA centre) and Merit list.
